I can't figure out what that spot is on the right edge of the right eye. Improve it, add highlights, and change the color of the pupil. It evokes the feeling of a dying body.
The branch overhead could have been moved further away; it casts an unnecessary shadow on the face.
And generally, expand the foreground a bit!
