Polevoy, IvMari, Thank you, I'm so glad you're paying attention to my work... I was just exploring Irina Furashova's still lifes - that's where it's at! I still have a lot to learn about lighting and processing like THIS...
Shreela, I already washed it, there were very sharp boundaries between light and shadow, but it turns out that it was not enough.. Thank you so much for the advice!
Thank you! I'm having a hard time deciding what's better: constructing a still life properly, choosing a perfect background, and then minimizing the editing, or practicing texture blending... I'm leaning more toward the former, spending a little more time creating a still life... Although texture blending is a very interesting thing. On one website, the author posted a photo before and after applying texture blending. The original was a bottle, some fruit, against a concrete wall, on a wooden table... The colors and materials were all disjointed, but the texture blending evened everything out, imparting a uniform tone, giving it a special flavor, a hint of another era, taking it beyond the confines of modernity... So I'm still racking my brain, which is better????
fedanna, Teresa, Mitrich, Lyudmila Khalfina, Leonid Levonovich, Alexander Shilyaev, Irina Tumanova, Thank you so much!!! Irina Tumanova,
Oh, it's hard for me to talk about still lifes, Olenka! ... It would look great in a frame like this in the kitchen - cozy!
Thank you for such words, Irina!!! For me, the criterion for good work is: "Would I hang this photo in a frame on the wall so that it was always in front of my eyes, so I wouldn't get tired of it?" If so, then everything is fine! Thank you!!!
