Vlad Sokolovsky, Thanks for your attention to the photo! Cropping is certainly an option. Otherwise: I'm not a fan of overcontrast and oversaturation for the sake of visual impact. I value naturalness. Flat? Maybe... There's basically no perspective, but there are at least three different levels of perspective: part of the bank on the left, the channel, and the opposite bank with trees. As for sharpness, it plays out differently in fog and in some cases isn't the most important factor. IMHO.
