Sergei Voroshilin, second question: the hand has her stroking her ass along with the other.

and the first question: The city was founded on September 13, 1736 by Colonel Tevkelyev by establishing the Chelyabinsk purchase deed, where a fortress was built.
Until the end of the 19th century, Chelyabinsk was nothing more than a small town, whose life changed radically in 1892 with the arrival of the Trans-Siberian railway. The population grew rapidly when it became a railway communications hub and an important commercial center.
The next impulse to the growth of the city was thanks to the industrialization in the years of the Second World War: At this time many factories were built, to which must be added the displacement of industries and scientific and technological institutes from the European part of the Soviet Union, then invaded by the Germans. Huge facilities for the production of weapons (especially tanks) were built in the city, which earned it the qualification of Tankograd (City of Tanks).
In 1957 a serious nuclear accident took place at the Mayak nuclear fuel processing plant, 150 km. northwest of the city, causing fatalities in Chelyabinsk Oblast, though not in the city itself.
In Chelyabinsk, a city associated with several unique attractions1 and famous names. In addition, the city has a network of buses, tram (since 1932), trolleybuses (since 1942), as well as a metro network (under construction).
On February 15, 2013, a fireball of about 19 meters exploded over a point located near the city. The event left 1,491 injured, in most cases due to the breakage of glass caused by the shock wave generated by the explosion. Between 4,000 and 6,000 kilograms of meteorites struck the ground, including a fragment weighing about 650 kilograms that was later recovered from Lake Chebarkul.
