I disagree with one thing: the blur is too intense; if it were subtle, the main characters would stand out and the photo would be perceived as a single whole.
You can see that initially these two were in focus, while the others were out of focus (to varying degrees). I just slightly blurred the LNU and LVU here.
No need to crop the frame... View crop - that kind of cropping makes it look much poorer.
PS...if this is a report
And it's not bokeh here, but Photoshop blurring, which is why the author posted it in Life Around Us (Miscellaneous)
Yeah, you definitely put the photo in the right category. I had a pure report here:
And I also agree that it was important to highlight these two distinctive figures against the crowd... A cinematic technique.
Thank you.
I looked at this version of cropping in a square. But it misses the point: two diametrically opposed figures standing next to each other in a crowd.
Technically, there's both bokeh and some adjustments in Photoshop.
Thanks for the comments. ))
Thank you. ))
Perhaps. But see the footnote

It looks more natural this way.
Who? A guy wearing makeup, about 17 years old. Probably not older.
