Fred Terrien Photographie, Definitely not, only in cases of exact copies of famous originals. At least honest photographer mentions the original work as source of his inspiration...

Boris Gurevich, I live at about 5 min from the lavender fields, do u know many people come every year to make a photo in the fields? a ton, so I wanted to have my child in this field that nobody knows. From my point of view I didn't copy. End of story.
