Yes, of course, and everyone shoots as they perceive and see... Although this is out of place, on this site I don't see what a photographer should see, and everything seems ordinary and has already been done (landscapes, mountains, and so on, there are tons of them, and they are not popular in macro photography, yes, but in their own way and as it turns out, etc.). Not to mention, I graduated from the New York Institute of Photography, and so I evaluate from the point of view of a professional photographer, etc. Thank you for seeing what I saw... good shooting and discoveries

Yuri S., I'm really curious:
from the perspective of a professional photographer
, what should a photographer see? What's wrong with this site, and what's appropriate here? How are your professional photos different from other mundane landscapes, flowers, and droplets?
Nothing special... there's just a ton of stuff like this here... how should I put it? On this site, the people who vote seem to think there's nothing special, until you look at their photos... that's the wrong expression... they seem professionally shot, but there's nothing that a photographer can see. Honestly, I didn't like anything, but every time I'm convinced there are no professionals on this site, no offense meant, but that's the impression I get... and there's no solidarity, to put it mildly... just smothering it with their own... like in today's life. We need to support each other and stick together... that's a digression... don't take it to heart... well, if you know a photo site, check it out, just a tip, and at least the photos there aren't the same as here, they're all different, even the first signs of a photographer...

Yuri S., So share with us, explain to the common people what exactly a PROFESSIONAL saw, for example, in his own photo... tell me, maybe we'll look at it differently too...

Yuri S., everything is chaotic with you... nothing is clear... What are the "first signs of a photographer"? Do you consider yourself a pro? What should solidarity consist of? When you reply, click the "reply" button.
Do you know the first signs of a photographer ?! You must have taken all the paid courses that brought that ...?! Yes, you yourself do not know them ...
And let's be honest, new things aren't welcome... well, that's the opinion of one of the photographers who's appeared on this site...
Yuri S., can you give some examples of what's new? You've been on the site for quite a while, so there must be something that draws you here. I'm genuinely interested.
I don't see anything in you that deserves attention... or appreciation. Think about it properly before you speak, not like a woman... and by the way, I'm not discussing everything with you... If you're such a great photographer, show off your amazing work here... And you weren't asked for your opinion here, and I'm talking to an individual...
Don't you know the first signs of a photographer?! You probably took all the paid courses that brought you what...?! You don't even know them yourself...
Yuri S., I didn't take any courses, so I don't know either the first or second signs of a photographer. Please share.

Yuri S., Wow, the New York Institute of Photography, I'm incredibly interested. I'm showing off my phenomenal visual memory here. If I see an interesting photo anywhere, even 40 years ago, I remember it but only minor details. I can't remember which magazine, Ogonyok or Czech Photo, I don't remember the author, but I remember well how the composition and plot are built if it's a reportage, faces, portraits, landscapes by Ansel Adams and dew drops by some Anatoly Erin. I've probably seen your photos here on the site before, but now I've looked through them again in detail and I can't remember A SINGLE one! What does that mean?
Yeah, I know them.. But do you know the three main criteria the New York Institute of Photography uses to evaluate photography?! I don't think I'm discussing this with you, I repeat. What are you doing, meddling where you shouldn't? Taking photos of some crap and going on about it. I've already looked at your work; you could take photos like that with a point-and-shoot camera, just walking by, every day, and there's no point. If you have an opinion about modern cameras, as they say, keep it to yourself. Photos like that should only be posted in the closet for yourself, excuse the expression. And I don't understand this; it's not art. You deserve this kind of treatment.
Yuri S., So share with us, explain to the common folk what exactly a PROFESSIONAL saw, for example, in his own photo.... Tell me, maybe we'll look at it differently too...
Boris Gurevich, he was taught 3 signs at the institute (for money), but it's apparently a Big Secret we'll never know

Viktor Kirillov, Oh, nothing. Greetings! What do my photos have to do with this? I'm here just like everyone else.
Boris Gurevich, he was given three qualifications at the institute (for money), but it's apparently a Big Secret we'll never know
ultimar, About 5-6 years ago, they found a niche for vain Russian camera owners, created a course in Russian, and, for about $3,000, they sell professional titles, though they maintain a certain decorum—they send in work, receive comments, but I've never heard of anyone being denied a diploma.... They're all PHOTOGRAPHERS. The main thing is to mention between the lines who's who....

Viktor Kirillov, No big deal. Greetings! What do my photos have to do with this? I'm here just like everyone else.
Yuri S. "I'm here just like everyone else." (c) Definitely in my quotation book, although I didn't understand a thing, probably because I didn't graduate from the Newer Institute of Photography, but from a regular TU-59 in Tolyatti.

Boris Gurevich, 1k for each attribute wow Our Union of Photographers charges less for the title
Yeah, I get it! It's different here: pay the money and you'll get everything... Is that right? Well, I graduated in 2016. Well, it doesn't matter, maybe more... Well, they accepted the "works" in good faith... and the assigned instructor scolded me thoroughly... So, it was like you look at the "works" and think, "What's here?" and "What's the point?" And that's the main thing... Yes, you look at the "works" that supposedly win competitions, and you wonder if I'm a fool... That's it...
Lets go further .. So I will repeat all the lessons .. their darkness, books in such a cover, you never dreamed of, disks, and all the lessons, recordings, and I still get ..
Well, I don't know... what's it about NYIP that you personally don't like?! It's up to you... and by the way, don't take it personally... we're just communicating and having fun... it's a website, after all. Everyone has their own opinion, and they have the right to express it. Good luck to you, and best photos! JUST VISIT FOTOKTO. The people there are more loyal and cultured...
Boris Gurevich, I wonder if they're only milking Russian-speaking suckers or all sorts of other suckers?
ultimar, I don't know, I think they're milking a lot of them. It's big business these days, but since 2012 they've opened a Russian branch (besides Canada and Britain).
Yuri S. "I'm here just like everyone else." (c) Definitely in my quote book, although I didn't understand a thing, probably because I didn't graduate from the Newer Institute of Photography, but from a regular TU-59 in Tolyatti.
Let's move on... So I'll repeat all the lessons... there are tons of them, books with covers you couldn't even dream of, CDs, and all the lessons, notes, and I'm still getting them...
Yuri S., Repeat well, and wrap the cover in newspaper so it doesn't get dirty...,
Yuri S., So share with us, explain to the common folk what exactly a PROFESSIONAL saw, for example, in his own photo.... Tell me, maybe we'll look at it differently too...
Boris Gurevich, A professional, as I understand it, differs from an amateur in that they see everything professionally. For example, both see a sunset, but a professional sees it as a sunset professional! And an amateur... well, what can an amateur understand about a sunset anyway?!!! Well, Boris, you get my point. We're still a long way off!

Nikolay Semenov, But an amateur understands love well, something such professionals lack..))

Viktor Kirillov, YOU should print your photos and give them to people... what will they say?!! They'll look at them every day, and what attracts their attention in them, the depth, the theme? I didn't notice anything in those posted here. Maybe I'm a bad expert, but for that to happen, and to hang a Shishkin painting, for example, on your wall... weak?!! And then we'll start talking about who graduated from what... think about how and what, and what, and who is the main subject of the photo shoot, the first commandment... wrong.

Yuri S., Well, you’re setting yourself a task, where can I with my decadence and on the wall with Shishkin, it’s clear that the place there is already taken by Aivazovskys with swans and sunsets in a birch grove on a pond. Of course, you still have a chance to get into this elite exhibition with your flowers, but even the homeless photographers won't take me in and the glamourists are disgusted, so I'm hanging around in the crotch like a lost soul ((
Yura, you've intrigued me about studying abroad. How much did that New York course cost and in what currency?
G. Meremyanin, Find the website fotokto, it has all the information... it's distance learning. http://disted.ru/course is the website of the New York Institute of Photography. You'll find all the courses there, just pay. Register and they'll provide you with all the information on all the courses.
