Description of the Book of Life
The Book of Life (which will only ever be minted once) is a unique and super rare video book (presented as a slide show) which represents a reflection of the virtues and decisions which can guide us to a better life. This book is divided into the Old and New Testaments. The Old Testament contains thoughtful messages written to lead the war against depression and suicidal thoughts; to encourage strong will, perseverance, and tenacity; to convey hope; and to encourage a life of integrity and nobility. While the New Testament contains guides to intentional actions geared towards personal improvement, Focus, Direction, and Excellence. The aim of the Book of Life is to invoke thoughtfulness in the minds of readers, stimulate sustainable action-oriented plans, and ultimately, to impact lives and society in a positive way.
Structurally, The Book of life is divided into two testaments. Each testament is divided into messages, which are in turn further divided into chapters and further down to verses. The Book of life contains 64 pages in all including the Front and Back covers, the introduction, and indications of the beginning of the Old and New testaments. The entire Book of Life consists of 2 testaments, 9 messages, 58 chapters and 138 verses.
The Old Testament consists of five messages – The Message of Life (8 chapters), Message of Strength (6 chapters), Message of Hope (5 chapters), Message of Love (8 chapters), and Message of integrity (12 chapters); making 39 chapters and 92 verses in the Old Testament.
The New Testament on the other hand, consists of 4 messages – The Message of Improvement (5 chapters), Message of Focus (1 chapter), Message of Direction (5 chapters), and the Message of Excellence (8 chapters); making 19 chapters and 46 verses in the New Testament.
The shortest of all messages is the message of focus in the New Testament which has just one chapter and three concise verses. Interestingly, the front cover contains the title of the book and its French and Igbo equivalents hanging on both sides of the English title. Also, all the slides which contain non-English expressions have footnotes labeled ‘fn’ where such expressions are explained in English.
Remember, only one book of life will ever be minted.
